California Cricket Academy and USA Cricket Academy of NJ are organizing an U-14 India tour starting December 18th.  The CCA/USCA India tour, dedicated to the memory of Late Shri Purushottam Patel, will play eight games andall games will be held at international and first class game venues.

Upon arrival in India, the team will play two games in Rajkot on December 22nd and 23rd, three games in Ahmedabad and Anand on 25th, 26th and 27th.  Following a break, the team will play three games in Ahmedabad, Nadiad and Gandhinagar.

Announcing the tour, Kinjal Buch, President of California Cricket academy said: “The boys will get an opportunity to play on turf pitches against well trained youth teams in the same age group. This will help them assess and fine tune their skills and set new goals for them to work on."

Several current USA players have participated in tours with CCA and USA Cricket Academy including Mittal Patel, Abhijit Joshi, Pranay Suri, Ryan Persaud, Arsh Buch, Roshan Varadrajan, Karteek Kankanala, Vibhav Altekar, Neil Tagare and Dave Parikh.

Hemant Buch, co-founder of CCA said: “These tours help prepare strong candidates for Junior US cricket team as the boys become technically sound and mentally tough."  Hemant Buch and Rahul Sharma who are organizing logistics for this tour are members of USACA youth committee.

The two organizations appreciated various cricket associations of Gujarat and BCCI for hosting the boys.  "Local expenses are about $8,000 to $10,000.  We could not pull this off without continuing support from various well wishers of cricket in USA," Kinjal said.

WELCOME TO USA CRICKET ACADEMY !

USA Cricket Academy was first established in 1999 successfully under the leadership of Ashok Patel, President and CEO of the academy. Cricket in America is an extremely expensive sport and hence can only be promoted if you have the passion and the financial resources to support it. But with the advent of such strong and committed people like Ashok cricket has gone a long way in America .
